To start, I have embossed some watercolor paper with a 'Rings' stamp, sprinkled the Midnight Gold embossing powder over the top and heat set it. Then I have randomly sprinkled the Magical shakers in Yodeling Yellow, Guten Tag Teal and Lederhosen Laurel and activated them with water, then I have thoroughly dried the paper.
To add a little more variance to my page I activated a small amount of the Bavarian Blue Magical Shaker with water and using a small brush I have painted some of the smaller circles.
After adding a few white splashes and drying completely I then took some circle punches and randomly punched out 3 different sized circles.
Using Black Archival Ink, I have inked the edges of each of the circles.
Taking another piece of watercolor paper I have added some random background stamping with Archival ink.
Using a stencil and some 3D Matte Gel add some texture to the card and dry thoroughly.
After the gel is dry, spray the card with a generous amount of water and sprinkle Yodeling Yellow and Oktoberfest Orange Magical Shakers onto the card. Let the color move and mix on the surface and add a little more water if needed. Once you are happy with the look, dry again thoroughly.
Now we can start adding our punched circles. Lay them on top of the card and move them around until you are happy with the placement, then adhere them to the card base.
I have painted the 'Inspire' chipboard word with Black Soot Distress Paint and added some letter stickers to complete my sentiment. I then mounted the base onto some black cardstock and VOILA, all done :)
Here are a few close-ups so you can see the color.
You can watch how I created this in the process video below :)
